Position Overview
Dilawri Group of Companies is actively searching for an
Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team!
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconciliations of vendor accounts to statements.
- Reconcile floor plans, warranty schedules and accounts.
- Process and reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Responsible for effectively communicating, assisting, and collaborating with all internal and external clients and vendors. Take ownership of issues and ensure a successful resolution.
- General administrative tasks as assigned.
- Other accounting department duties as required.
Qualifications Required
- Accounts Payable experience is an asset and preference given to candidates with previous automotive dealership accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience with CDK dealer management software is preferred.
- Must have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and effectively maintain a schedule that is driven by monthly deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional work ethic
- Training and support within the role will be provided.
