About Us
The Construction Association of Saskatchewan (CASK) is the collective voice of Saskatchewan’s construction industry. As a non-profit, member-driven organization, we work across the province to advocate for fair procurement, efficient regulation, and a healthy, competitive construction environment. Our focus is on collaboration, strategic leadership, and ensuring member interests are well-represented at all levels of government.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, people-focused Membership Development Coordinator to lead an active recruitment drive and grow CASK's membership across Saskatchewan. Based in Regina and reporting to the Director of Member Services, this role owns the full recruitment cycle: finding prospects, telling the CASK story, and signing new members.
You will research and build a pipeline of construction companies, meet with prospects across the province, re-engage past members, and run campaigns that showcase the value of belonging to CASK. If you love connecting with people, thrive on hitting targets, and want to help build a stronger industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build a pipeline of prospective member companies across Saskatchewan.
- Conduct member visits and prospect meetings across the province.
- Re-engage lapsed and non-renewed members.
- Develop membership packages, sales tools, and recruitment campaigns.
- Run direct-marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Convert prospects into Full, Associate, and Trial members.
- Track your pipeline and results against recruitment targets.
