Eligibility is based on travel barriers
The City considers barriers such as being unable to walk or wheel to a stop, navigate a route, board independently, or travel safely because of disorientation, falls or fatigue. Registration is required before riding.
Unconditional registration is for Regina residents needing continuous use. Temporary registration can cover a short-term disability. Winter registration runs November 1 to March 31. Conditional registration covers defined situations, such as travel after dark. Visitors provide a Regina pickup address; their visitor registration remains valid for later visits.

Apply and allow time for review
Complete the electronic application to create a rider profile. Call 306-777-7726 if you need help completing it. The service may contact the professionals named on the form or ask for an interview.
Most applications are reviewed within two weeks, but missing information can delay the decision. An unconditional registration unused for 18 months is deactivated and requires registration again.

Plan shared trips and manage changes
Book through the Regina Paratransit app, paratransit@regina.ca or 306-777-7007. Booking is first come, first served and depends on availability. A pickup booked for 9 a.m. can arrive between 9 and 9:20 a.m.; a one-way shared ride may take up to 60 minutes.
For changes, call as early as possible. Cancel through the app or leave your name and the trip date and time on the 24-hour cancellation line at 306-777-7007. Drivers cannot change your destination or pickup time. Separate destinations require separate bookings and fares.
