The annual notice and deadline
The City mailed 2026 tax notices May 29 and set the payment deadline for June 30. These are the 2026 dates, not a promise about a later year. The notice includes City, education and library taxes. Home changes affecting assessment may produce a supplementary notice for part of the year.
Outstanding balances after June 30 receive a 1.5% monthly penalty. The City says penalties do not apply to TIPPS accounts. Taxes still unpaid after December 31 become arrears and the monthly penalty rises to 1.75%. Contact taxcollections@regina.ca or 306-777-7030 about arrears options.

Full payment and monthly TIPPS
Bank or credit-union payments can be made online, in person or by telephone. City Hall accepts cash, cheques, debit and money orders, but does not take property-tax credit cards directly. Third-party credit-card services charge their own fee and may take several business days to reach the City.
TIPPS divides taxes into 12 monthly installments withdrawn on the first business day of the month. Joining after January means a catch-up adjustment in the first installment. The page lists June 20 as the tax-season registration deadline while also saying enrollment can occur at any time; ask staff about the start month and catch-up amount for a later application.

Apply, change banking or sell
Use eProperty or submit the TIPPS application with a void cheque or bank verification. Email paper applications to propertytaxpaymentplan@regina.ca, take them to Service Regina or mail them to City of Regina TIPPS, PO Box 1790, Regina SK S4P 3C8.
eProperty access codes are mailed for security. They are not sent by email or given over the phone. TIPPS does not transfer to a new home; cancel for the old property and enroll the new one. Withdrawal from TIPPS requires notice up to three business days before the next payment. All owners must sign a paper mailing-address change.
