Payment routes and deadlines
Pay through the City online parking payment service, mail a cheque or money order payable to the City of Regina, or pay at City Hall. The reduced amount is available within 14 days of receiving the ticket. Use the amount and dates on your own ticket.
The City is not responsible for delayed or lost payments. After 14 days it mails a notice of pending summons; if the balance remains unpaid, it can mail a parking summons. This guide explains the City process and does not decide whether a ticket is valid.

What the City review service can consider
The review service handles tickets issued under the City of Regina or Wascana Centre authorities. University of Regina tickets go to the university’s Citations Administration office at 306-585-5399.
The City does not review a missed early discount, a ticket after a parking summons has been issued, or missing or expired registration tickets. A review request can be filed online or in person at City Hall. Online requests receive an email confirmation.

After filing a review
Allow 40 business days for completion. The City normally replies by email unless otherwise stated. If it confirms the ticket, follow the payment instructions in the reply.
The review page says a person who disagrees with the result may dispute the ticket in court on the date shown on the parking summons. Paying before a summons is issued resolves the outstanding penalty and a summons will not be sent. Read the official process for your circumstances before choosing a route.
