Direct debit and equalized payments
Direct debit withdraws the full monthly bill within 15 days of issue. You still receive the bill for your records. Apply using the Water & Waste Account Direct Debit & Budget Billing Form.
Budget Billing uses the previous 12 months of water, sewer, drainage and waste charges to calculate equalized payments. You need at least one consecutive year of billing at the same address and must stay in billing year-round on direct debit. Select the Budget Billing option on the form.

Avoid delayed payments and arrears
Online credit-card payment through eWater has a convenience fee. The City warns that it can take three to five business days to arrive. Allow processing time because the customer is responsible for receipt by the due date.
An unpaid bill becomes past due 30 days after issue. The City sends bill, delinquency or disconnection notices and can disconnect service, move balances to property taxes or refer an account to a collection agency. Contact Service Regina promptly if you need to discuss a balance.
